ARTICLE QUOTA FOR 2022 HAS RUN OUT - FinELib agreement doesn't open articles for the rest of 2022. Howver, some subscriber institutions continue to centrally pay for APC's. Check the situation with your own institution.
Introduction
The agreement covers access to the journals in Taylor & Francis Science & Technology and/or Social Science & Humanities collections according to the choice of the subscribers. The organisations subscribing the same collection have also access to the Taylor & Francis core journal subscriptions of these organisations. The total amount of journals available for reading is more than 1800.
In addition, this agreement enables publishing a set amount of Open Access articles for the members in the vast majority of Taylor & Francis hybrid journals.

Open Access Publishing
The FinELib consortium agreement with Taylor & Francis contains the right for the subscribers to publish 442 articles Open Access during each year of the agreement period in more than 2000 hybrid journals between 3.6.2020–31.12.2022. The possible unused articles can be used during the following years of the agreement period.
