Open Access Publishing in SCOAP3 Journals

Authors of high-energy physics articles can publish Open Access in SCOAP3 journals at no cost for authors and with a CC BY licence.

The costs of Open Access publishing are covered by a common SCOAP3 fund at CERN, to which libraries, library consortia (including FinELib), research institutions and funding agencies from over 40 countries jointly contribute.

OK, what do I need to do?

SCOAP3 journals are open for any scientists to publish in – with no strings attached and with authors retaining copyright over their own work. Just submit to your preferred journal and proceed as usual!

See the List of SCOAP3 titles (xls).
