FinELib-konsortiet fortsätter förhandlingarna om bättre förutsättningar för öppen publicering med flera förlag. Målet är att utöver läs- och användarrättigheter även kunna erbjuda forskarna möjligheter att publicera sina artiklar open access utan tilläggskostnader.
